The Caslon Recording Studio was created initially as a practice room and has evolved over the years into it's current form, utilizing both a 16-Track Roland 1680 Digital Workstation, but we are currently using the simplicity of GarageBand '09 on a MacBook using a 10-channel M-Audio NRV 10. We use a PZ-Pre Amp for all acoustic instruments and an ADK condensor Mic for vocals and other instruments that don't have direct input.

Most all the CD's for sale in the Linked pages on this site have been recorded in the studio on the Roland 1680. Songs recorded in 2009 have been done in GarageBand and the studio is currently moving over to Logic Express.
We are hoping to network and exchange services with other studios and musicians in the future. We are also please to have such a mobile system for possible future remote recording session that requires a small amount of gear.
